The carrier has marked your package as delivered. Check your front door, porch, mailbox, or any safe drop-off location.

❓ Tracking hasn't updated in days?

❓ Package says "Delivered" but I can't find it?
Check with neighbors, around the porch, side gates, and inside mailbox compartments. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us for replacement.
❓ My device arrived damaged?
Take clear photos of the damaged outer packaging AND the device. Email customercare@us-rescueairpump.com within 7 days of delivery. Replacement at no cost.
❓ Received the wrong bundle/quantity?
Send photos along with order number to customercare@us-rescueairpump.com. We'll ship correct bundle immediately.
❓ Need to change shipping address after ordering?
Contact us by phone immediately. If the order hasn't shipped, we can usually update the address.
❓ Want to cancel my order?
Contact us immediately by phone or email. Possible only before order has shipped.
❓ Battery feels dead on arrival?
Lithium batteries ship at partial charge per safety regulations. This is normal — your battery isn't defective. Charge fully (~2-3 hours) before first use. If it doesn't charge after 4+ hours, contact us.
